01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ck4440 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "ck4440"), governing your access to and use of the ck4440 website located at https://ck4440.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional activities offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on ck4440, you represent that you have read these Terms in their entirety, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the ck4440 platform in any way.

ck4440 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or display a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the platform following any update to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, form the entire agreement between you and ck4440 regarding your use of the service. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to ck4440 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We take our age verification obligations seriously. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. ck4440 will not knowingly accept any registration from, or provide services to, any person under the age of 18.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account with ck4440, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account and must notify us promptly of any changes.

• Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on ck4440. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice, with balances subject to review.
• You may not register or use an account on behalf of another person.
• You must not register using a false identity, fictitious name, or another person's personal details.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create accounts or interact with the platform.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, ck4440 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This may include submitting a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. ck4440 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Providing false or misleading documentation is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. ck4440 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

ck4440 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by registered players in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank

ck4440 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of a specific payment method may vary depending on your location and account status.

3.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players enrolled in the ck4440 VIP program may be eligible for elevated deposit limits subject to approval. ck4440 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion based on account history, verification status, and responsible gaming considerations.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This anti-money-laundering measure ensures funds are returned to their verified source. ck4440 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ck4440 accepts no responsibility.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed while an active bonus wagering requirement remains on your account.
• ck4440 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are detailed in your account dashboard.

3.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bets on ck4440 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise specified. ck4440 does not accept liability for currency conversion losses if you initiate transactions in a currency other than BDT.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

ck4440 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by ck4440 are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement at ck4440 is 30x the bonus amount. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus-derived winnings are held as non-withdrawable bonus balance.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Players who have previously self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming restrictions applied to their account are not eligible to receive bonuses.
• ck4440 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at any time if it determines that the offer is being abused, exploited, or obtained fraudulently.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise exchanged between accounts.

4.3 Game Contribution

Not all games on ck4440 contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution will not count toward clearing any wagering requirement.

4.4 Promotional Communications

By registering an account and not opting out of marketing communications, you agree to receive promotional emails, SMS notifications, and in-platform messages from ck4440 regarding offers, tournaments, and seasonal promotions including those tied to Eid, BPL season, IPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup events. 05 Game Rules & Betting Rules

All games available on ck4440 are governed by the rules established by the respective game studio or provider, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

5.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All RNG-based games on ck4440 — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win games — use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. The outcome of each game round is entirely independent of all prior and subsequent rounds. ck4440 does not manipulate game outcomes and no strategy or system can reliably predict or influence RNG results.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ck4440 are subject to the sports betting rules published in the relevant section of the platform at the time the bet is placed. Key general rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. ck4440 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. ck4440 is not responsible for any disruption to live betting caused by data feed outages or communication failures.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ck4440's settlement rules for the affected market will apply as stated in the sports betting rules section.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed in your bet slip at the time of placement.
• Cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules available on the platform.

5.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during gameplay, ck4440 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. This applies to all game types including slots, live casino, and sports betting. Malfunction voids all pays and play. ck4440 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ck4440 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. You explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; impersonating another person; or engaging in any form of financial fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, sports betting, or any multiplayer game format.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated tools to complete wagering requirements; or exploiting any perceived loophole in bonus terms.
• Money Laundering: Using ck4440 as a vehicle to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of crime. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored and suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, scrape, or interact with the ck4440 platform or its games.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any content, software, or materials on the ck4440 platform without express written permission.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software or technology used to operate the ck4440 platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ck4440 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

ck4440 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account and any associated balances may be frozen. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, ck4440 may permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ck4440 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing an account closure, we will verify your identity and confirm that there are no outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, or active disputes. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to a final KYC check if not previously completed.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling, ck4440 offers a self-exclusion option that allows you to voluntarily restrict your own access to the platform for a defined period. Self-exclusion periods available include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, wager, or receive marketing communications. We strongly encourage any player who feels that gambling is becoming harmful to make use of this tool without hesitation.

7.3 Closure by ck4440

ck4440 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, for the following reasons (which are non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Bonus abuse or multi-accounting
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Chargebacks filed against legitimate transactions
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ck4440 may forfeit the account balance. Where closure is for other reasons and no breach is confirmed, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable administrative charges.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ck4440 will attempt to contact you via your registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) to cover administrative costs. 08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck4440, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ck4440 platform or any services provided therein.

8.1 No Warranty

The ck4440 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck4440 makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Maximum Liability Cap

In any event where ck4440 is found liable for damages, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ck4440 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and e-commerce standards. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the ck4440 platform shall first be addressed through our internal customer support process. ck4440 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
